Cooper B. Wilhelm is a poet, researcher, and occultist living in NYC. He is the author of three books of poetry: a microchapbook about raising the dead, Walt Whitman, and breakups called Klaatu Verata Nikto (Ghost City Press / 2016); a full-length collection called DUMBHEART/STUPIDFACE (Siren Songs / 2017); and a chapbook of poems about pigs commissioned as part of the Animals series (Business Bear Press / 2018).

Into the Dark is a radio show he did about witchcraft (all the episodes are still available as podcasts).

PoetryAndStrangers is a thing he does where he writes poems on postcards and then mails them to strangers he looks up in phonebooks.

To book him for poetry readings or for the other kind of readings he does (tarot, playing card, bibliomancy, etc.), go to Contact.

He is from Maine. For better or worse, he looks like this:
